Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Texas seeks a Sr. RF Engineer for Starlink to own RF systems, including phased arrays, gateways, and consumer wireless products. You will design, test and verify antennas and front ends while coordinating with cross‑functional teams for production readiness.

You will work with EE, ME, DSP and software engineers to validate RF architectures and develop automation scripts in Python to streamline testing and documentation, with ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 5+ years RF experience with antennas or communication systems.
• 5+ years programming experience in Python, C++, or MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate and characterize prototypes of antennas, feed systems and RF front ends for next‑generation phased arrays, gateways, and consumer wireless products.
• Create electromagnetic simulation models of hardware (antennas, filters, PCB layout) to design and evaluate performance.
• Work in close collaboration with EE, ME, DSP and software engineers to design and validate RF systems.
• Create and test phased array alignment solutions.
• Write automation software in Python to interact with units under test, test equipment, instrumentation, and documentation systems.
