Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in the United States is seeking a Sr. RF Engineer to own phased array, Wi‑Fi, and RF systems for Starlink customer‑facing hardware.

You will design, implement, and verify antennas and reflector systems while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to scale production. You will interact with senior leadership to influence constellation operations and work with EE, ME, DSP, software, and manufacturing teams to move from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years RF experience with antennas or communications systems.
• 5+ years professional experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VSAs, VSGs, network analyzers).
• 5+ years of professional programming in Python, C++, or MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate and characterize prototypes of antennas, feed systems and RF front ends for next‑generation phased arrays, gateways, and consumer wireless products.
• Create electromagnetic simulation models of hardware to design and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with EE, ME, DSP and software engineers to design RF systems.
• Create and test phased array alignment solutions.
• Develop test solutions for high‑volume consumer products.
• Write automation software in Python to interact with units under test and test equipment.
