Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking an RF Engineer to design RF subsystems, develop schematics, and guide PCB layouts for high-frequency applications. You will validate designs, create test procedures, and support manufacturing and system integration in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 6+ years in RF hardware/schematic design (Ka/Ka-band), LNAs and PA up to 10W, and hands-on RF testing experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in RF hardware/schematic design (UHF to Ka-band).
• Design LNAs and Power Amplifiers up to 10W Ka/Ku-band.
• Analysis/simulations, PCB layout, RF test experience.
• RF test equipment and lab practices.
• Capable of multi-tasking across multiple projects.
• Strong technical background; quick on new tech.

Responsibilities

• Derive and document RF subsystem requirements from system requirements.
• Produce RF schematics capturing the design.
• Layout/guide PCB layouts based on schematic.
• Validate design; troubleshoot and test RF boards/assemblies.
• Develop RF test procedures; perform tests as needed.
• Assist with manufacturing of complex PCBAs and integration.
• Provide system integration and test troubleshooting support.
• Meet aggressive/scheduled deadlines.
• Support design reviews and customer meetings.
• Participate in proposals and trade studies evaluating feasibility.
