Qualifications

• B.S.E.E. with RF/Microwave focus; 4–7+ years RF engineering experience.
• Antenna design and test experience; ESA/phased array a strong plus.
• Proficient with VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power meter.
• HFSS, CST, ADS or equivalent simulation tools.
• Defense/aerospace background; AS9100/ITAR familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and improve antennas and RF/microwave components, including ESA / phased array architectures.
• Perform RF measurements: S-parameters, insertion loss, isolation, phase matching, VSWR.
• Develop test methods and support prototype qualification and production test.
• Lead root-cause investigations on RF performance issues.
• Work with mechanical engineering on packaging, thermal, and interface impacts to RF performance.
• Produce test reports, procedures, and ECOs; mentor junior engineers and technicians.
