Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineering Test Technician to support the development, integration, testing, and maintenance of advanced electronic and RF systems.

You will work with electrical, RF, firmware, software, mechanical, and test engineers in a dynamic lab to assemble prototypes, configure setups, and troubleshoot complex hardware. Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in electronics, RF technology, or related field with 2+ years hands-on experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, connector pinouts, and technical docs.
• Hands‑on experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic hardware with common lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly, integration, configuration, bring‑up, troubleshooting and testing of prototype electronic, RF, and electromechanical systems.
• Set up and operate lab test equipment: oscilloscope, DMM, spectrum analyzer, signal generators, network analyzers, power supplies, data acquisition.
• Build and configure test setups including RF cabling, network connections, power distribution, fixtures, and lab racks.
• Execute test plans, collect data, document observations, and assist in test reports.
