ADP, Inc. is seeking a Senior RF Electrical Engineer in Melbourne, FL to lead architecture, design, analysis, and validation of advanced RF systems across HF to Ka bands.

You will guide RF product development from concept through production, define requirements, budgets, schematics, and full system verification. The role requires 15+ years of RF engineering experience, strong leadership, and mentorship abilities, plus readiness to interact with customers and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years RF engineering experience in aerospace/defense or high‑frequency commercial sectors.
• US Person required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s a plus.
• Experience with RF/microwave test equipment and production support.

Responsabilités

• Lead end‑to‑end RF system design and analysis for transceivers, islands, microwave links, and satellite systems.
• Develop RF/mixed‑signal schematics and guide PCB layout for RF routing and EMI/EMC compliance.
• Perform cascade analysis and link budgets; optimize RF signal chains for multiple bands.
• Lead RF hardware bring‑up, calibration, and system validation across teams.
• Plan test campaigns using VNAs and spectrum analyzers; document results clearly.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to long‑term capability growth.
