Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with RF specialization.
• 7+ years hands-on RF design, simulation, and testing in telecom.
• Proficient with RF simulation tools (ADS, CST, HFSS) and measurement equipment.
• Deep knowledge of antenna theory, design, and measurement techniques.
• Familiarity with LTE/5G NR and propagation characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test RF circuits and systems for mobile devices and infrastructure (amplifiers, mixers, filters, oscillators).
• Perform simulations and modeling of RF performance, EMI and RFI.
• Optimize antenna performance and placement for various wireless applications.
• Conduct RF site surveys and drive testing to analyze coverage and quality.
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to integrate RF components.
• Troubleshoot RF issues across the product lifecycle.
• Stay updated on 5G, IoT, and wireless standards.
