The Senior RF Design Engineer will be working with the product development team to bring to market new, state-of-the-art communications products. You will help us build the next of wireless audio experiences and
support Listens growing product lines. You will play an integral part in RF design, analysis, and guidance for layout of RF circuits that power our wireless audio delivery
systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Responsible for RF front-end Design, PCB antenna design, path
analysis, and testing of circuitry for wireless audio
products

EMI, Unintentional Radiation, and Radio propagation modeling
and prediction.

Test, troubleshoot and debug RF circuits and to meet
function, performance and regulatory
requirements.

Deliver high quality and detailed designs and documentation for
a successful handoff for high-volume
manufacturing.

Participate in System Architecture, design, and product
Specification decisions

Collaborate with management, designers, and other engineers to
develop technical solutions for our portfolio of
products.

Work with external vendors for part selection and qualification to
meet performance, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements

Research innovations in radio frequency and technology, and stay
up-to- date with the latest advancements in RF
technology

Guide and mentor other team
members

Desired Skills:

Expert knowledge of electrical design and layout principles for RF
systems up to 7
GHz.

Experience with Ansys simulation and Altium analysis
tools

Familiarity with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi specifications and
standards.

Experience guiding a wireless consumer product with multiple
radios through international compliance
testing.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
experience.

7+ years of RF Engineering
experience.

Proficiency in the use of electronic test equipment, including
spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network
analyzers.

Comprehensive understanding of RF design theory for wireless
products.

Expert knowledge and experience with RF modeling software, such
as Ansys

Excellent written and oral communication
skills.

Good organizational and effective time management
skills.
