RTX, one of the world’s leading aerospace and defense companies, seeks an electrical engineer with strong RF design skills and phased array experience. You will design RF/microwave components and test MMICs, integrating subsystem and system-level phased array hardware for mission-critical programs.
The role requires active DoD Secret clearance eligibility, a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years), and proficiency with HFSS, ADS, CST, Genesys,
Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. Need active DoD Secret clearance or be eligible for interim clearance before start.
Location: Massachusetts (Tewksbury or Andover); location assignment based on business need.

The candidate must be proficient in circuit card assemblies, electromagnetic/microwave theory, and the design of phased array systems.
Salary range: USD 86,800 – 165,200.
