Job summary

CesiumAstro in the United States is seeking a highly skilled Communication Systems Architect to lead end-to-end solutions for customer missions, spanning antennas, RF front ends, digital processing, firmware, software, and system interfaces.

You will translate mission needs into differentiated technical architectures, guide trade studies across performance, cost and risk, and provide technical leadership while collaborating with Product, BD, Program Management, and Engineering from pursuit

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
15+ years of experience developing complex communication systems with system architecture or leadership roles.
Deep expertise in at least one communications domain (theory, signal processing, RF, antennas, or digital architectures).
Experience translating customer objectives into executable architectures and leading customer-facing discussions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical solutions and serve as primary architect for customer pursuits.
Define communication system architectures spanning antennas, RF, digitals, and interfaces.
Lead architectural trades across performance, cost, and schedule with a broad systems view.
Guide technical capture, proposals, and transitions from pursuit to execution.
