Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal RF / Antenna Test Electronics Engineer 3 for its Mission Systems Sector in a 1st shift role. The job focuses on antenna test equipment design, integration of new programs, test software development, and data analysis within a modern facility.

Required are a BE/BSc in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years (or MS with 3+ years), RF test experience, and a current DoD Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM; 5+ years of experience or MS with 3+ years.
• Experience with RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers).
• Proficient in C#, Visual Basic, MATLAB; RF/electronics test design experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP clearance; US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Design antenna test equipment for factory phased array testing.
• Integrate new test equipment and programs in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Develop test software and automate data analysis for RF systems.
• Troubleshoot RF issues and support technicians in testing.
• Collaborate with design engineering for hardware/test improvements.
