Job summary

Mackenzie Inc. seeks an Architectural Standards Specialist to lead the development, management, and governance of firmwide Revit standards, templates, and content libraries.

You will work with technical directors and BIM leadership to maintain quality documentation and enable consistent project delivery. You will independently manage prioritization of initiatives while coordinating with managers to ensure alignment with firm strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years utilizing BIM as an architect or architectural designer.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Licensed architect preferred.
• Experience developing, managing and governing construction detailing standards and Revit templates/libraries.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear documentation.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and able to manage concurrent initiatives.
• Familiarity with Pirros or similar enterprise content management platforms.
• Multi-disciplinary firm experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, draft, document, and maintain firmwide architectural standard details in Revit.
• Maintain and evolve Revit family libraries, templates, BIM standards and version control.
• Lead governance of Revit family standards including naming conventions and metadata.
• Coordinate with BIM leadership and managers to align standards direction.
• Facilitate content migration with minimal disruption to project teams.
