Job summary

Gresham Smith is seeking a Revit Designer in Nashville to create mechanical process 3D models for water and wastewater facilities using Revit 2024+. You will set up design sheets, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and communicate with clients to deliver high-quality, constructible designs that meet project standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
10+ years as a CAD technician, developing design documents in Revit for mechanical projects.
Experience with water/wastewater facilities design components (pumps, valves, piping, treatment equipment).
Extremely proficient in Revit version 2024 or higher.

Responsibilities

Use Revit to develop mechanical process 3D models for water/wastewater facilities with constructability and standards in mind.
Set up and develop design sheets, plans, profiles, and details per drawing standards.
Coordinate mechanical design in Revit with structural, architectural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and instrumentation teams.
Communicate with design team, clients, and consultants to resolve design challenges and ensure high-quality deliverables.
