• 3–8 years of finance experience, ideally with revenue management, FP&A, or operational finance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to drive action, not just reporting.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, immediate timelines with shifting priorities.
• Resilient communicator able to debate recommendations with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Management and Brand teams to evaluate discounts and volume strategies in real-time.
• Deliver financial analysis driving immediate action, including close-in pricing and promotions.
• Provide data-backed recommendations in live discussions with senior leaders.
• Translate financial insights into marketing strategies and channel visibility.
• Collaborate across Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategies.
• Support ongoing planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis focused on revenue optimization.
• Balance short-term opportunities with broader financial objectives.
• Apply an 80/20 mindset to decisions, prioritizing speed when needed.
