Job description

Senior Revenue Operations Specialist

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Perform[cb] has been a leader in performance marketing and new customer acquisition since 2002. We sit at the center of a two-sided solution: the world's top brands pay only for real results - new customers, leads, installs, and sales - and our curated network of media partners grows by delivering them. Backed by the Outcome Engine, our AI-driven technology, and a team with deep vertical expertise, you'll help both sides get more - and deliver outcomes they didn't think possible.

We're a fully remote company with a distributed team around the globe - and we're serious about helping you grow here (many of our leaders started in entry-level roles). From virtual events and interest-based clubs to incentive programs, you'll find a culture built for doing your best work while still having a life outside of it.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring alignment, efficiency, and scalability across the revenue-generating functions, including Sales, Account Management and Partner Development. This role focuses on budget pacing, reporting, and process improvement to help the organization achieve predictable growth. The specialist serves as the operational backbone for go-to-market (GTM) teams by providing insights, maintaining systems, and driving process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Revenue Process & Budget Pacing
    • Monitor pacing against client budgets and identify accounts at risk of under-delivery

    • Maintain a single status view per account (budget, pacing, open asks, owner, next step) and prepare talking points for leadership

  • Reporting, Analytics & Insights
    • Develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards, reports, and metrics for revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, churn, upsell, and other KPIs

    • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, gaps, opportunities, and risks

    • Own Revenue Operations reporting and talking points for monthly leadership meetings

    • Perform ad hoc analyses (traffic drops, partner mix shifts, month over month revenue changes, budget utilization) and recommend corrective actions

    • Support revenue planning cycles by maintaining pipeline accuracy and analyzing historical data

    • Assist in setting and tracking goals, quotas, and KPIs across teams

    • Partner with leadership to prepare reports and insights for board or executive meetings

    • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making

  • Process Optimization
    • Use AI tools to automate recurring data pulls, checks, and reporting; build, maintain, and share reusable workflows with the team

    • Identify friction and manual effort in revenue processes, propose fixes, and elevate systemic issues to the platform and product teams

    • Support change management and process adoption across teams

  • Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Own cross-functional revenue projects with the partner, account management, finance, product, and platform teams from scoping through rollout

    • Collaborate with Finance to reconcile revenue data and support accurate forecasting

    • Facilitate communication between GTM teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment

    • Support enablement initiatives such as onboarding, training, and sales playbook documentation

  • The above is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities. The company reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as business needs require.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related roles

  • Proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Demonstrated comfort with AI tools, including Claude, as a core part of daily workflow, not a supplementary one

  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail

  • Strong ability to work with data, identify insights, and make recommendations

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

  • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and evolving priorities
