Responsibilities

• Monitor, initiate and communicate industry pricing actions including changes to fare levels, fare rules, policies, and pricing strategy execution
• Proactively manage Delta's fare structure including prices and fare rules
• Identify and analyze market issues and trends, determining appropriate pricing actions, filing of actions, and post-audit assessment of actions
• Flight level revenue optimization by valuing passengers and forecasting demand
• Monitor and update flight level demand forecasts through historical and future booking trends
• Establish and maintain flight level overbooking forecasts through no-show analysis
• Use high-level dashboards and data to create customer offers and maximize revenue
• Diagnose and communicate market performance of revenue stats such as LF, Yield, RASM, local vs. flow
• Evaluate performance and post-departure trends to leverage future opportunities while maximizing revenue
• Perform ad-hoc analyses related to assigned markets
• Communicate market trends and recommendations to Revenue Management leaders
• Provide technical support to other revenue management groups and distribution channels
• Work cross-functionally with Inventory, Pricing, Network Planning, Alliances, Sales, Marketing to align on market strategies
