Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Three years’ healthcare billing experience in a hospital, professional, or medical office setting.
• Special Training: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). EMR software familiarity (Cerner, Athena, Epic).

Responsibilities

• Assists with staff onboarding and training for Hospital Billing Revenue Specialists.
• Communicates with Leadership to identify improvement opportunities and supports performance initiatives.
• Assigns worklists to billing staff and maintains productivity standards.
