Job summary

The Wisdom Teeth Guys is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to own and scale our insurance revenue cycle across all markets. You will lead verification, claims, credentialing, and build scalable processes and teams as we expand.

You will supervise a billing manager, verification specialists, claims staff, and leads; own KPIs like net collection rate, days in AR, denial rates, and aging; coordinate with outsourced billing and internal audit to ensure governance and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental or healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Proven success stabilizing, building, or scaling RCM operations across multiple locations.
• Strong command of dental and medical insurance (PPO, HMO, Medicaid) verification and claims.
• Process builder with documented workflows, training, and metrics accountability.
• Experience managing distributed/remote teams.
• Data-driven with KPI ownership and improvement focus.
• Ability and desire to deploy AI solutions to RCM.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end revenue cycle: verification, coding support, claim submission, payment posting, AR and denial management, and patient collections across all markets.
• KPIs and reporting: net collection rate, days in AR, denial and rejection rates, clean-claim rate, and aging with leadership reporting.
• Process and training: document and standardize workflows, build training systems, and create SOPs for consistency across locations.
• Team leadership: manage and develop in-house verification and claims staff; build capacity as we scale.
• Vendor management: own relationships with outsourced billing partners — performance, SLAs, audits, and in-house audit function.
• New-market readiness: stand up revenue cycle operations for new markets as we open them.
