Job summary

Planned Parenthood Los Angeles seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle Accounts Receivable Sr. Manager to lead the AR teams at our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters.

You will oversee supervisors, monitor payers, and drive timely charges and denials resolution in a compliant revenue cycle environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in revenue cycle management, CMS billing rules, and ICD10/CPT/HCPCS coding, with a strong background in audits and leadership.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in revenue cycle operations management.
• Five or more years of coding and/or audit experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of CMS (Medicare / Medicaid) billing regulations.
• Minimum eight years of experience with ICD10, CPT/HCPCS and revenue codes, CMS billing regulations and healthcare reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue Cycle supervisory team to identify and implement solutions to operational areas with difficulties.
• Provide guidance on AR reviews, troubleshooting, and complex account problems.
• Monitor daily reconciliation dashboards and reports to ensure accurate charges.
• Ensure timely processing and correction of rejected claims.
• Identify opportunities for charge capture and reimbursement improvements.
• Conduct audits of payments, medical records and claims data.
• Report productivity metrics and compile monthly KPI reports.
