Job summary

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Business Applications Analyst to lead design, implementation, and optimization of revenue cycle applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and ensure systems meet regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience and are proficient with Epic Cadence/Referrals/Registration, translating needs into technical specs and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years relevant experience in healthcare or revenue cycle.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and working with IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of revenue cycle applications and workflows.
• Serve as first point of contact for revenue cycle systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify system enhancements for performance and efficiency.
• Manage large-scale projects including upgrades and integrations.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical/operational guidance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop advanced reporting tools and dashboards for revenue cycle metrics.
• Translate business requirements into documentation and design for solutions.
