Job summary

Mosaic.tech is seeking a Revenue Accounting Lead to own the end-to-end revenue close and ASC 606 compliance for a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will partner with DealOps, FP&A, Legal, and Product to ensure accurate revenue recognition and strong financial controls.

You will drive process improvements, steward audit readiness, and mentor junior staff while leveraging NetSuite and Salesforce integrations. A CPA license is preferred and Bay Area hybrid work is offered within the US.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience with ASC 606 in SaaS/software.
• Experience in private and public company settings (public-ready/Big 4 audited).
• Hands-on month-end close ownership and audit coordination.
• Strong internal controls knowledge and audit readiness.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; ERP/CRM familiarity (NetSuite, Salesforce).
• CPA license (active or inactive) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly revenue close process, including contracts review and ASC 606 analysis.
• Prepare revenue journal entries and reconciliations with audit trails.
• Collaborate with DealOps on contract review and revenue implications.
• Maintain SOX-compliant revenue controls and support audits.
• Develop and document scalable revenue close processes and automation.
