The City of New York’s DCAS seeks an Associate Staff Analyst to oversee OMNY intra-city revenue and expenses, ensure agency agreements are recorded, and secure funding approval from OMB to process OMNY orders. The role also manages the OMNY funds database and LOIs when funding exceeds agency requests.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Revenue, the analyst will coordinate with OCP and participate in budgetMod activities and journal entries across intra-city and related programs.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Revenue, the Revenue Budget Analyst, will be responsible for overseeing the OMNY Program intra-city revenue and expenses in the new centralized process. The Analyst will ensure that agency agreements are recorded and executed by both parties, and that funding is approved by OMB to allow OMNY orders to be processed. In addition, the selected candidate will establish and track OMNY funds database to ensure that new LOI’s are submitted by the agency if initial funding exceeds the agency’s requested OMNY orders.
