Job summary

ID.me is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting & Billing Operations to own end-to-end revenue and billing as we scale. You'll run the full order-to-cash cycle—from contract intake in Salesforce to invoicing, revenue recognition, and monthly close—leading a team of three.

You'll automate billing across verticals, optimize NetSuite/Salesforce data, and partner with Finance leadership to design scalable data structures and reporting. This role is based in Mountain View, CA on-site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, including hands-on responsibility
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition
• Experience with end-to-end billing or order-to-cash processes
• Proven ability to drive accounting automation projects
• Experience collaborating with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Data teams
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end revenue and billing cycle across all verticals
• Lead revenue recognition for usage-based arrangements
• Manage monthly/quarterly close and related ledgers
• Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness; handle inquiries and disputes
• Support external audits and IPO readiness activities
• Lead data hygiene and tooling improvements with cross-functional teams
