Job summary

ID.me is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting & Billing Operations to own the full order-to-cash cycle—from deal structure and booking in Salesforce to usage capture, invoicing, revenue recognition, deferred revenue, AR, and close. You will build and automate billing across verticals, partnering with Revenue Operations, Data, and Leadership to scale toward IPO readiness.

You’ll lead a team of three, drive data integrity upstream, and apply AI tools to improve processes.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, including SaaS or usage-based billing.
Deep expertise in ASC 606 with hands-on revenue recognition experience.
Experience owning end-to-end billing or order-to-cash processes.
Track record delivering accounting automation and process improvements.
Experience partnering with Revenue Operations, Salesforce admins, or Data/Engineering teams on data quality.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end revenue and billing cycle across verticals.
Own revenue recognition for usage-based arrangements and ASC 606 memos.
Manage monthly/quarterly revenue close and related sub-ledgers.
Ensure billing accuracy and timely invoicing; support audits and IPO readiness.
Lead automation roadmap and data hygiene initiatives; partner with Finance leadership.
