Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking a Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our Revenue Assurance team in Denver, CO or San Jose, CA. You will ensure compliance with US GAAP and Adobe's revenue recognition policies, partnering with Sales, Legal, and Finance on complex deal structures.

You will review contracts, prepare revenue summaries, mentor colleagues, and standardize processes to scale revenue assurance across cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of work experience; Big 4 accounting firm experience and CPA certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Sales guidance on revenue and accounting impact during negotiations with ASC 606 alignment.
• Review contracts and CRM approvals for revenue recognition compliance.
• Prepare contract summaries highlighting revenue issues and non-standard terms.
• Perform peer reviews to ensure revenue accuracy.
• Mentor team members and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Act as liaison across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations for deal frameworks.
• Standardize revenue-generating contract processes to meet objectives.
• Prepare data for audits and reviews by internal and external auditors.
• Support cross-functional projects to improve revenue assurance processes.
