As a Senior Revenue Manager at Pacer, you will own revenue outcomes end-to-end, configure pricing tools, interpret data trends, and craft strategies that outperform the market. This remote role centers on client partnerships and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in revenue management for vacation rentals, STRs, or boutique hotels.
• At least 1 year of client facing or team management experience.
• Proven expertise in data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Advanced proficiency with leading RMS such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, or RevMax.
• Hands-on experience with PMS such as Guesty, Hostaway, Streamline, or Track.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue strategy and dynamic pricing across diverse short-term rental portfolios.
• Configure and optimize leading RMS tools to drive NOI and long-term performance.
• Analyze pacing, market data, and booking velocity to anticipate opportunities before competitors react.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews with clarity, transparency, and insight.
• Continuously refine pricing layers aligned with portfolio and market goals.
• Build enduring partnerships through proactive communication and a commitment to measurable impact.
• Collaborate with data and product teams to refine automation, enhance reporting, and fuel innovation.
• Challenge assumptions and test new ideas to stay ahead of market conditions.
