Job summary

Yoodli is seeking a senior analytics professional to build a self-service insights culture across the GTM organization including sales, CS, and marketing. You will craft dashboards, metrics, and data assets so leaders access timely answers with confidence.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, translate complex questions into analyses, and drive data-informed decisions. This hybrid Seattle-based role offers significant equity opportunities and a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years in analytics, revenue/GTM analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven strategy.
• Advanced SQL and expert-level proficiency with a modern BI tool (Tableau, Looker, or Hex) are a hard requirement.
• Experience using AI to generate insight beyond legacy tooling.
• Comfort with light data modeling and building durable, self-serve analytics assets.
• Track record translating messy business questions into analysis and clear insights.
• Genuine senior stakeholder engagement; partner and advise, not a service desk.
• B2B SaaS or B2B AI go-to-market experience with familiarity with CRM data models (HubSpot or Salesforce). Preferred: revenue operations, sales planning, or customer success analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build self-service dashboards, definitions, and data literacy for leaders.
• Turn recurring questions into reusable dashboards and models that refresh automatically.
• Define metrics so a single number means one thing everywhere.
• Provide fast, clear answers to live business questions with existing data.
• Develop signals for retention, health, and growth and for pipeline/marketing analytics.
• Do light data engineering to create durable assets and identify infrastructure gaps.
