Job summary

STN, onsite in Pleasanton, California, seeks a Senior Revenue Analyst to support revenue accounting under U.S. GAAP and ASC 606. You will review contracts, analyze revenue terms, and assist with month‑end close and reconciliations in NetSuite.

The role collaborates with Sales Operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, implement process improvements, and maintain audit‑ready documentation. Requires 4–7 years in revenue accounting and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years in revenue accounting or revenue recognition.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 principles and U.S. GAAP.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and sales orders for ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for deferred revenue and related accounts.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly close activities and journal entries.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and cross‑functional teams to resolve revenue differences.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and support for audits.
