Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Senior Analyst, Accounting to support Signify Health revenue accounting, including revenue, AR, intercompany, and cash activities. You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes, partnering across Finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/revenue accounting, 3+ years in close/reconciliations, and strong Excel/ERP experience, with a focus on GAAP compliance and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant accounting, revenue accounting, or finance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with financial close, journal entries, or reconciliations.
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex formulas and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own and support accounting activities for Signify Health including close processes.
• Understand end-to-end revenue, RCM/Claims, AR, intercompany, and cash processes and controls.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries, including SAP-ready templates.
• Prepare and reconcile AR intercompany activity and resolve out-of-balance items.
• Perform flux analysis of revenue, AR, cash, intercompany, and related accounts; explain variances.
• Support RCM/Claims accounting by researching data flow to GL and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate reconciliations, roll forwards, and audit-ready documentation.
• Manage large data sets in Excel and maintain journal-entry mappings.
