Job summary
Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting and Advisory to lead a global team ensuring ASC 606 compliance for SaaS contracts. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and executives to optimize revenue recognition and policies, while supporting SEC disclosures and governance.
Ideal candidate has 8+ years in revenue recognition, CPA preferred, and strong leadership with experience building scalable processes across regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of combined Big 4 public accounting and industry experience with revenue recognition.
- Strong expertise in ASC 606 within SaaS and technology models.
- Experience leading accounting teams and drafting technical memoranda.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global Revenue Accounting team of 7–10 professionals.
- Advise Sales, Legal, Pricing, Deal Desk and Executives on revenue recognition.
- Review complex customer arrangements for ASC 606 compliance.
- Develop SSP methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Support SEC reporting disclosures and quarterly/annual filings.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit and SOX compliance activities.
