Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting and Advisory to lead a global team ensuring ASC 606 compliance and revenue reporting excellence. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Finance to drive scalable processes and governance.

The role requires deep ASC 606 experience in SaaS models, strong leadership, and the ability to advise executives on complex revenue implications. This is a high-visibility, globally distributed leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of combined Big 4 public accounting and industry experience.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 within SaaS, software, subscription, and technology business models.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing accounting teams, including direct management responsibilities.
• Strong experience preparing technical accounting memoranda and position papers for complex revenue transactions.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining SSP methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Understanding of SEC reporting requirements, including revenue-related disclosures and MD&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global Revenue Accounting team of 7–10 professionals.
• Serve as primary revenue recognition advisor during contract negotiations.
• Review and approve complex customer arrangements for ASC 606 compliance.
• Establish scalable contract frameworks and commercial structures for growth.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance to enhance quote-to-cash processes.
• Draft technical accounting memoranda and position papers on complex structures.
• Own SSP methodology governance and periodic analyses.
• Develop and maintain revenue policies and governance documents.
• Lead training on revenue recognition concepts for cross-functional teams.
• Support SEC reporting and disclosures related to revenue.
• Partner with Internal Audit and External Auditors for SOX compliance.
