Job summary

NVIDIA seeks an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join the Sales FP&A team at our Santa Clara campus. This role extends rebate and deal desk activity into FP&A and requires strong financial modeling, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across Partner Sales, NPN Programs, and Marketing Finance.

We value experience with MDF or channel incentives, technical fluency (SQL/Power BI), and the ability to influence business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance / Sales Finance / Sales Operations in a global tech company
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering; MBA a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, Databricks, SAP a plus
• Track record of employing AI tools for data analysis, modeling, and reporting workflows
• World-class analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques
• Ability to define new processes, improve analytics, and influence business decisions
• Eagerness to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with accuracy and completeness
• Self-starter able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Non-traditional Sales FP&A role with MDF, rebate, or channel incentive experience
• Finance Business Partner to support WW Channel Sales and NVIDIA Partner Network programs
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Partner Sales, NPN Programs & Operations, BU Finance, Marketing Finance, Revenue Accounting
• Partner with NPN Programs & Operations and sales leaders to drive channel goals via incentives
• Oversee Salesforce incentive portals (externally and internally)
• Generate MDF forecasts aligned with BU Finance, Marketing Finance, Revenue Accounting for P&L modeling
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure MDF and program effectiveness
• Analyze large data sets across platforms; synthesize data to provide insights and storytelling
• Maintain data quality across projects and drive continuous improvement of reports
