Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to own core revenue accounting activities, including ASC 606 applications to customer contracts in a fast-paced fintech environment. Qualifications

• 3+ years in public accounting (audit) or in-house accounting focused on revenue.
• Experience with ASC 606 and variable consideration.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or progress toward one preferred.
• Experience with month-end close in NetSuite or a similar ERP.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for reconciliations and accruals.
• Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing accounting processes.
• Experience in fintech or high-growth environments is a plus.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own core revenue accounting activities that support accurate financial reporting and disciplined close processes in a fast-paced technology environment. You will be responsible for applying ASC 606 to customer contracts, analyzing revenue movements, and ensuring billing and revenue data are properly reconciled across systems. The position also partners closely with audit, finance, and cross-functional teams to support new offerings, improve controls, and scale processes as the business grows.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
