Job summary

Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions (FTIS) seeks a Solutions Portfolio Manager – Retirement Solutions to drive retirement and target date strategy across U.S. institutional markets and international clients.

The role requires deep glide path and multi-asset expertise with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to clients and partners. You will lead discussions with plan sponsors, consultants and distribution partners, expand relationships with recordkeepers, and support product

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in asset management, retirement, investment consulting, or institutional investment solutions.
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. retirement market and target date fund landscape.
• Strong knowledge of glide path design and multi-asset portfolio construction.
• Experience supporting institutional clients, plan sponsors, consultants or recordkeepers.
• MBA or CFA preferred; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Represent FTIS’s retirement philosophy in meetings with plan sponsors, consultants, recordkeepers, advisors and other institutional clients.
• Serve as senior product specialist for the Retirement Advantage target date platform.
• Develop U.S. institutional retirement opportunities, including custom target date funds and large-plan mandates.
• Expand FTIS relationships with major recordkeepers and support product development.
• Provide glide path consultation for retirement systems and clients globally.
• Create institutional materials and thought leadership; collaborate with investment, product, distribution, marketing, legal and operations teams.
• Travel as needed to support client engagement and business development.
