Job summary

Franklin Templeton's Retirement Solutions team seeks a Solutions Portfolio Manager to serve as a retirement and target date SME, supporting growth across U.S. institutional and international markets.

You will bring deep knowledge of glide path design and multi-asset portfolio construction and communicate complex investment concepts to clients, consultants, and distribution partners. Hybrid work schedule with in-office days across Boston, NYC, San Mateo, or Chicago, and a compensation package

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of asset management/institutional experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. retirement market and target date funds.
• Ability to communicate complex investment concepts to clients.
• Experience with institutional clients, plan sponsors, consultants or recordkeepers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent FTIS retirement philosophy in meetings with institutional clients.
• Serve as senior product specialist for Retirement Advantage platform.
• Support development of U.S. institutional retirement opportunities.
• Expand FTIS relationships with major recordkeepers.
• Provide glide path consultation for global clients.
