Colorado Psychiatric is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to provide retirement and financial wellness guidance within employer plans. Role requires self-starting organization, sales success, and strong IRA knowledge. Eligible for sign-on bonus for licensed candidates applying by December 31st.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, education on plan options, and helping participants meet long-term goals. Competitive benefits and remote/hybrid options may apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Good understanding of IRAs and retirement plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office; comfortable with file manipulation.
• Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) registration through Series 65 or equivalent.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
