Job summary

Retire Simply in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Planner to deliver written retirement plans for pre-retirees and retirees. You will join an active marketing operation with scheduled appointments and strong support to move from recommendation to implementation.

The role offers base salary plus commissions, with opportunities to grow into a lead advisor as the Fort Worth office expands. A holistic planning approach is essential for client success.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license is required.
• Active Series 65 or 66 is required.
• Proven retirement planning experience with client-facing presentations.
• Comfort using annuities and insurance within holistic planning.
• Experience in appointment-driven or inbound-lead environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and planning meetings with clients, typically ages 50–75.
• Build and present written plans covering income, investments, and protection.
• Maintain a consistent planning, follow-up, and review process.
• Partner with service and operations for a smooth onboarding through reviews.
• Grow into a lead advisor role as the Fort Worth office expands.
