GuideStone is seeking a Retirement Plan Documentation Specialist in Dallas to assist with producing and archiving retirement plan documents for multiple plans, including defined contribution and 403(b) programs.

You will draft, review and update plan documents, manuals and adoption agreements, while staying current on tax and legal developments affecting retirement plans. Strong organization and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Retirement Plan Associate (RPA) and/or QKA preferred.
• Experience with employee benefit plans and plan documents.

Responsabilités

• Assist production, assembly and archiving of retirement plan documentation (401(a), 401(k), 403(b)(7/9), 457(b), 409A, and others).
• Draft documents using approved plan language.
• Prepare training materials for GuideStone staff to support plan administration.
• Stay updated on legal developments affecting employee benefit plans.
• Develop and maintain standardized language, checklists and adoption agreements.
• Maintain procedures for plan documentation within Compliance.
