Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager / Financial Advisor for Institutional Retirement Plans. This remote, U.S.-based role focuses on servicing and growing a diverse roster of institutional retirement clients, requiring a CFP designation and deep ERISA knowledge.

You will lead investment reviews, provide high-touch service, and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored reports and strategic next steps for executives and committees.

Qualifications

• : CFP designation required.
• : FINRA Series 65 or 66.
• : Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant high-level Relationship Management experience.
• : Deep knowledge of institutional retirement plans, investments, and ERISA.
• : Strong communication skills with ability to present to technical audiences and C-suite.
• : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills.
• : CFA or CIMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver investment reviews, market updates, and plan-level presentations to committees and executives.
• Provide proactive, high-touch service to retirement plan clients across 401(k), Defined Benefit, and other institutional programs.
• Compile customized reports, analyses, and meeting materials.
• Manage post-meeting follow-through, including notes, action items, and project oversight.
• Partner with internal teams to maintain a polished client experience.
• Support business development with existing clients and prospects.
• Stay current on industry trends, planning topics, and regulatory developments.
