Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in DC retirement plan administration.

Job description

This range is provided by Weaver Partners. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Defined Contribution Plan Administrator with significant industry experience to help successfully manage a book of sophisticated DC Plans in a TPA environment.

Skills and Experience needed
  • Proficiency with ASC Software is preferred, but will train
  • Experience with Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
  • ASPPA/NIPA designations – preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of remote work
  • Solid time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Comprehensive understanding of retirement plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans is a plus

Preferred experience/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of various record keeper platforms.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in DC retirement plan administration.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL, and PBGC rules and regulations governing retirement plans, as well as industry best practices and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work on a variety of administrative projects/tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and retirement plan administration software and systems.
  • Knowledge of FT William for testing/5500s. (Will train software)
  • 3(16) fiduciary experience is a plus, but not needed.
