An established industry player is seeking a Defined Contribution Plan Administrator to join their dedicated team remotely. In this role, you'll manage your own caseload of plans, performing essential tasks such as allocations, reconciliations, and 5500 form filings. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in DC plan administration and a solid understanding of ERISA compliance. Your strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be key in interacting with Plan Sponsors and ensuring smooth operations. DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN ADMINISTRATOR (REMOTE)

$65,000 - $85,000

Join a team of dedicated plan administrators by managing your own caseload of Defined Contribution plans.

  • Perform allocations, reconciliations and plan terminations
  • 5500 form filing
  • Review/interpret Plan Document, amendments, notices and SPD's
  • Analysis of Census
  • Loan calculations
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience in Defined Contribution (DC) plan administration
  • Extensive expertise in ERISA compliance and regulatory matters
  • ASPPA certifications (such as QKA, QPA) are highly desirable, or a demonstrated commitment to acquiring these designations
  • Experience with Multiple Employer Plans (MEP) is advantageous but not essential
  • Proven track record of surpassing established goals, with financial incentives for achieving targets
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interactions with Plan Sponsors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with retirement plan recordkeeping software (experience with FT William is beneficial but not required)
  • Collaborative team player with a dynamic mindset, receptive to feedback, and a quick learner
  • Positive attitude with a profound passion for the Retirement Services industry
