Transamerica in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Account/Relationship Manager to provide exceptional retirement plan administration support and build strong client relationships with plan sponsors and financial professionals.

You will respond to inquiries, conduct research, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver accurate, timely solutions while upholding service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of customer relationship experience, including one year in retirement/financial services.
• Knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans.
• Excellent relationship management and ability to communicate with clients, orally and in writing.
• Effective presentation, influence and negotiation skills.
• Ability to align behaviors with Transamerica’s Future Fit Culture (One, Accountability, Agility, Customer Centricity).
• Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional service and retirement plan administration support to TAG clients.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and shared email inbox, conduct research, resolve issues, deliver timely solutions.
• Partner with Client Executives and internal teams to strengthen relationships and satisfaction.
• Assist with daily administration of retirement plans and maintain high responsiveness and professionalism.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients and financial professionals to retain and grow the client base.
• Coordinate with management to research issues and negotiate resolutions.
• Identify improvements and communicate them to management.
