Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant – Insurance Consulting (Retirement & Pension) to lead retirement and pension engagements, shaping strategy, operating models, and processes for clients in the health sector.

You will work with Cognizant's Insurance Practice, collaborating with client leaders and internal teams to deliver value-driven engagements and build long-term trusted relationships. This remote US-based role offers flexible work arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in the retirement and pension industry.
• Hands-on experience across retirement and pension offerings such as defined contribution (DC), defined benefit (DB), annuities, NQDC, COLI, or pension risk transfer.
• Strong ethics and work ethic, with a proven track record of building trusted client relationships.
• Ability to translate client objectives into clear scope and executable tasks.
• Proven people leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver retirement and pension consulting engagements by assessing client maturity and transforming business and operating models.
• Partner with client and Cognizant leadership to plan, scope, and execute value-additive consulting projects while managing engagement economics.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to retirement and pension clients, building strong, ethical, and long-standing relationships.
• Support business development activities including upsell opportunities and management of RFI/RFP responses.
• Coach, develop, and inspire consulting teams while ensuring quality, relevance, and consistency of client deliverables.
