Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a Retirement Analyst to administer day-to-day operations of the retirement program. The role involves supporting management in analytical and reporting functions, providing expertise for fund changes, and resolving issues using best practices.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience with retirement benefit plans and a strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Benefits include a comprehensive package with healthcare, 401(k) matching, and paid parental leave.
The Retirement Analyst will own various functions related to administering the day‑to‑day operations of the retirement program. The role provides key support to management and the Project Manager in analytical and reporting support for the retirement program, offers subject‑matter expertise, works with internal and external partners to implement fund lineup changes, plan mergers, affiliations, acquisitions and spinoffs, researches and responds to payroll audit reports, and implements other programmatic or administrative enhancements identified by management. The Analyst identifies, researches and resolves issues by applying best practices, retirement knowledge, system research and consulting with co‑workers and supervisors.

$35.06 – $54.43 per hour (additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities).
