Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or materials science with 4+ years in wafer fabrication.
Experience with reticle lithography processes, data analysis, and model-based problem solving.
Experience collaborating with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvements in reticle process matching and defect containment.
Analyze data to address reticle performance discrepancies and implement solutions.
Oversee equipment configuration, monitoring, and recipe matching to predefined standards.
Collaborate with virtual factory partners to optimize reticle and lithography operations.
Lead new technology initiatives including tool installations and qualifications.
