Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing strong visual design with measurable impact.
• Experience designing across Motion, Print and OOH campaigns.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving creative problems.
• Minimum 5 years as a visual or graphic designer.
• Proficient in Figma for UI/UX and layout design.
• Proficient in After Effects for motion content.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of detailed visuals, mood boards, and concepts.
• Develop dynamic motion content for digital displays and retail.
• Define aesthetics and structure of channel assets for brand cohesion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design systems.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and channels.
• Iterate rapidly using diverse feedback to reach goals.
• Work with Photo Art Directors and Production teams on key streams.
