Aquent is seeking a gifted Motion Designer to create high-quality motion graphics, video edits, and visual treatments for customer-facing and marketing content. You will translate narratives into polished video assets, ensuring brand-consistent, accessible outputs across platforms.

Collaborate with design, product, and business teams to shape storytelling, manage assets, and deliver on tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Film/Video Production, Digital Media, Studio Art/Fine Art, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional motion design, video editing, or digital production experience.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Demonstrated experience using Illustrator and Photoshop to enhance design workflows.
• Experience and background working with widely-used productivity and creative software, including Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Clipchamp.
• Working proficiency in Figma, including updating product content and coordinating with designers to reflect intended experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, visual storytelling, and polished production.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality motion graphics, video edits, animations, and visual treatments for marketing and social content.
• Translate product narratives into compelling video assets to support storytelling and customer engagement.
• Edit and refine video content for pacing, clarity, and brand alignment, ready for publication across platforms.
• Utilize and update product assets, UI designs, and prototypes for video captures and motion sequences.
• Apply strong visual design judgment across composition, timing, typography, and hierarchy in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage production tasks including file naming, asset organization, version control, timelines, and delivery tracking.
• Proactively communicate risks, blockers, dependencies, and changes affecting delivery quality or timing.
• Collaborate with design, product, and business stakeholders to translate feedback into effective creative execution.
• Contribute innovative creative recommendations to improve storytelling and asset performance across digital channels.
