Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high demand retail holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational sales techniques.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for staff and customers as a brand evangelist.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive key initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer service through interactions with customers and staff.
• Ensure retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets and report sales performance and insights daily.
