Job summary

BYLT is seeking a Lead Retail Stylist to supervise the Retail Stylist in daily store operations, providing direction and exemplary customer service. You will be a product expert to educate, inform, and outfit the customer for any occasion, embodying a BYLT for you mindset and serving as a true brand ambassador.

You will help guide merchandising, scheduling, and SOP development to ensure a smooth, customer-focused store experience at our Las Vegas location.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and supervisor experience.
• Excellent communicator with ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Ability to motivate a team and use BYLT product knowledge to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist Retail Stylist with daily operational tasks.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and transactions.
• Tend to merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram.
• Perform proper receiving and stocking procedures.
• Count and reconcile cash register drawers.
• Prepare deposits and order change from the bank.
• Ensure store inventory is regularly inspected, rotated per schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for customers and associates.
• Design a monthly schedule and assign work for efficient workflow.
• Establish and create SOP guidelines for daily operations.
