Role Description

We’re looking for a service-driven and design-minded Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our Rowan Home team in Rancho Santa Fe. This unique role blends expertise in home décor, and furniture, apparel and fashion providing a dynamic client experience across categories. Ideal candidates are passionate about style, storytelling, and making every customer feel at home—whether they’re shopping for a new favorite outfit or a beautiful piece for their living space.

Compensation: $20–$24/hour (based on experience) + 3% commission on personal sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store service through personal styling and home design guidance.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, developing loyalty through thoughtful outreach and connection.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation across both apparel and home locations
• Assist in visual merchandising, inventory flow, and replenishment across both categories.
• Partner with the team to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Support daily operations including POS transactions, restocking, and opening/closing routines.
• Stay informed on Rowan’s brand story, product craftsmanship, and current collections.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or home design preferred.
• Passion for fashion and interiors—and confidence in curating both.
• Strong communication and people skills with a warm, confident presence.
• Comfortable multitasking and adapting in a boutique, client-first environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to bring energy and care to every shift.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
